Oak Tree Road Passport

Drawing Rules

Last updated October 9, 2026

No purchase necessary

No purchase is needed to enter or win. Scanning a store's poster is free, you do not have to buy anything, and buying something does not improve your chances.

Who runs it

The Oak Tree Road Passport prize drawing is run by the participating Oak Tree Road businesses, in association with Woodbridge Township, and administered by DotCode Networks. Questions: accounts@dotcodenetworks.com.

Who can win

Anyone can scan stores and collect stamps. To win a prize you must be 18 or older and show photo ID. The people who run the drawing, meaning the organizers and DotCode Networks staff, and the people in their households cannot win.

How to enter

When the drawings happen

There is a separate drawing each festival night: Thursday, October 22, 2026 and Friday, October 23, 2026, during festival hours (7 to 10 PM). Each night's drawing uses only the tickets scanned that night, by New Jersey time. Scan on both nights and you are in both drawings.

How winners are chosen

After Aarti each night, an organizer presses a button and the system picks one ticket at random for each prize, one prize at a time. Every ticket has the same chance, so more tickets means a better chance. A person can win only one prize during the festival. People who did not agree to these rules, who already won, or whose passport was disabled for cheating are not included. See How winners are chosen.

Prizes

Thursday, October 22

Friday, October 23

Where a prize comes from several stores, the amount shown is the combined total value, not the amount from each store. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to someone else.

Claiming a prize

Winners are announced on stage and contacted using the phone number or email they gave. A winner must reply and claim the prize within 7 days, show photo ID proving they are 18 or older, and may be asked for tax information. If a prize is not claimed in time, another winner may be drawn.

Fair play

Scans from outside the festival area, repeated sign-ups, automated scans, or impossible movement between stores may lead the organizers to disable a passport. This is done by hand and is recorded in a log.

Taxes

Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.

Changes and law

The organizers may change or end the drawing if there is fraud, a technical failure, or the festival cannot take place, and will post any change here. These rules are governed by New Jersey law. Void where prohibited.
