Who we are
The Oak Tree Road Passport is built and run by DotCode Networks for the Oak Tree Road businesses and the festival held with Woodbridge Township. Questions or requests: accounts@dotcodenetworks.com.
What we collect
Your name, and your mobile number or email. Which stores you scan and when. When you agreed, and whether you ticked the offers box. Your phone's location at the moment of each scan, only to confirm you are on Oak Tree Road. A random code stored in your browser, to limit repeat sign-ups from one phone. We do not track you in the background.
Why we use it
To give you stamps and entries, run the prize drawings, and contact winners. To prevent cheating and duplicate sign-ups. To let the stores you scan honor their festival special, and, only if you choose, to send you their offers.
Who sees it
The store you scan can see your name and contact details only if you tick the optional offers box, and only for its own scans. If you do not tick it, the store sees a count of scans but not who you are. A store never sees other stores' lists or where else you scanned. The festival organizers and DotCode see all entries so they can run the drawings. Service providers help us run the Passport: Supabase hosts our database, and Resend sends sign-in emails to store owners and organizers.
We do not sell your information. DotCode does not use it for its own marketing or for any other business or client.
Offers from stores: your choice
On sign-up there is an optional box: "Send me each store's festival specials and deals." It is unticked unless you tick it. If you tick it, the stores you scan can see your name and contact details and may contact you by text, WhatsApp, or email about their festival offers. If you leave it unticked, stores cannot see who you are and cannot contact you through the Passport.
You can stop at any time. Open your Passport and tap Remove me from store lists. Your details disappear from every store's list at once, you stay in the prize drawing, and we automatically ask each store to delete you from its own records within 14 days.
How long we keep it
We will delete or anonymize visitor information by December 15, 2026, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can stop store offers yourself with Remove me from store lists in your Passport. You can also ask us to delete your information at accounts@dotcodenetworks.com.
Children
The Passport is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. You must be 18 or older to win a prize.
Security and changes
We protect data with access controls and encrypted connections. If we change this notice we will post the new version here with its date.
